BORIS PELCER
Boris Pelcer is a Graphic Designer, Illustrator, Letterer & Typographer. Originally from Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Boris emigrated to U.S.A. in 1998 with his family in search of a better life. Since he has received his B.F.A. in Illustration from Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design & has worked as a freelance Designer/Illustrator & full time Senior Apparel Graphic Designer at Brew City Brand Apparel where he had the opportunity to work with great clients such as Urban Outfitters, Spencer's, Zumiez, Hot Topic, Harley Davidson, Miller Brewing Co., Target & Kohl's. He has also been awarded by Society of Illustrators & had work published in publications such as CMYK Magazine. His purpose is to search for sparks of passion, to be inspired & inspire. As a way of giving back what he learned, Boris teaches Graphic Design & Typography at University of Idaho: College of Art & Architecture. Meanwhile he is pursuing his MFA in Graphic Design, Lettering & Typography & using that opportunity to interconnect the different disciplines closer together for innovative methods of visual expression. |
