SHIPPING ORIGINAL ARTWORK Once orders are safely processed through Boris Pelcer PayPal, all Original Artwork is shipped by Boris Pelcer. Buyers will receive an email notification with a delivery tracking number from the United States Postal Service. International shipping charges are not inclusive of the destination countries duty & custom fees. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless oversized.
