I am committed to the privacy of all visitors. I do not share or sell customer information.
ORDERING
All online ordering is processed securely through PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit cards & echecks.
SHIPPING
All orders are safely handled through Boris Pelcer studio. Original works of art are shipped in sturdy & artwork safe packages by Boris Pelcer Studio. Buyers will receive an email notification with a delivery tracking number from the United States Postal Service or Federal Express. International shipping charges are not inclusive of the destination countries duty & custom fees. All orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx Priority Mail unless oversized.
AVAILABILITY
Although availability may be indicated on the webstore, I cannot guarantee product availability & products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. I reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, I may cancel products ordered & refund your order.
RETURNS
Original works of art are non-returnable. In case of damaged goods, I require that customers notify mail@borispelcer.com of any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receipt. Returns will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. If the item can't be replaced or exhanched for another original work of art, buyers will be refunded after the damaged item has been recieved by Boris Pelcer Studio. Items must be in their original packaging, with both the packing slip & the printed receipts.
